Attempt 001 at Everday Mama - An introduction

Sitting bang in the middle of a laundry pile and journaling away is a place I never imagined myself. Not just your regular laundry pile that sits in the corner of your room for so many days that it almost becomes a part of the room's aesthetics. This is a pile of diapers, cloth diapers. I have to say that people warned me  about the diapers when I announced my pregnancy. But now I know that the diapers are just a metaphor for the true mess that is motherhood.

Now don't come at me saying, Motherhood is a blessing and that I'm just being whinny. I'm only still learning. You know what else I'm learning about Motherhood? That it is one helluva ride backed by research, research and more research. It sounds scientific, but in reality it just a non-certified course from the University of Google Search. From mastering the art of cloth diapering (failed numerous times already), to picking the right high chair (do we even need one?) to dissecting baby's poop color, here goes my attempt at journaling everyday of being Baby A's mama.

Also who is Everyday Mama and Baby A?

I'm a marketing professional turned stay-at-home Mama from Chennai. Baby A is the apple of my eye who turned four months recently. Having completed four mammoth months, our mama and son relationship is one colorful journey filled with struggles and snuggles. Baby A loves to chew, giggle and scream. Everyday Mama could use some sleep, pee break and a hot cuppa coffee but meh.
